Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Training Integrator in Marietta, GA to join the Factory & Field Training Team within the Aeronautics Global Production Operations organization. You will oversee training projects, track learning enrollments, manage schedules, and produce reports while coordinating with Factory and Field Training and Production Operations for Marietta and Greenville locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or training operations within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Experience with Atlas Learning.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of training design and delivery processes for skilled labor forces.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional coordination, balancing scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and drive decisions.
• Proactive approach with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at presenting to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Training integration: develop and maintain master training plans aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee creation, scheduling, and tracking of individual learning plans.
• Ensure timely employee participation and completion of all required training.
• Monitor and manage day‑to‑day operational execution of training projects.
• Review project status, budgets, and schedules; generate and distribute status reports.
• Coordinate with Factory Training & Field Training and Production Operations leadership.
• Facilitate communication, align expectations, and ensure timely information flow.
• Serve as liaison in meetings to communicate training information and enrollments.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Capture lessons learned and propose process improvements.
• Prepare concise, data‑driven status reports and presentations.
