Job summary

You will conduct learning analysis, coach learners, and act as lead instructor in Electrical, Structural, and Systems areas, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Minimum 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing with curriculum design experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support.
• Experience coaching, instructing or as an employee development specialist.
• Experience designing and employing curriculum.
• Experience reading and interpreting detailed work instructions, drawings or blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish objectives.
• Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on objectives.
• Conduct coaching sessions to improve performance.
• Lead instruction in aerospace skills areas (Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems).
• Facilitate training events, track performance, and rostering.
• Customize learning programs and guides while maintaining safety standards.
• Ensure courseware complies with applicable regulations and standards.
