Job summary

You’ll manage course content, assess outcomes, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience; no security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Education/experience typically required for advanced roles in aviation training and development.
• Military-connected talent encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives.
• Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives.
• Conduct coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.
• Perform as an instructor in aerospace areas (Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, etc.).
• Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer, track student performance, and roster training.
• Conduct training using varied delivery methods and customize programs and guides.
• Emphasize safety precautions in all training provided.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and address classroom issues.
• Perform assessments and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to qualify additional instructors.
• Ensure courseware complies with regulatory standards and specifications.
