Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5 years of Trade Compliance related experience.
• Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, OFAC, CFR, and FTR.
• Experience handling export/import licensing and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct training to meet export compliance requirements.
• Monitor and audit compliance activities and internal controls.
• Prepare and submit export/import license applications.
• Prepare technology control plans and oversee technology transfer.
• Analyze transactions for due diligence and risk.
• Review contracts to identify trade compliance needs.
• Maintain records of trade compliance activities.
• Coordinate with department managers to ensure current internal controls.
• Communicate with the Director of Trade Compliance weekly.
