Job summary

Korry Electronics is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Everett, WA to lead technical architecture and integration of civil and military avionics display systems. You will drive the full lifecycle from requirements to hardware-software integration, ensuring safety and reliability for next‑gen aircraft.

You will mentor teammates and coordinate with customers and suppliers while ensuring compliance with FARs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related aerospace field.
• 7–10 years of engineering experience in aerospace or regulated industries.
• Experience with DO-254/178, ARP 4754 and related certification standards.

Responsibilities

• Capture, develop and maintain system and subsystem requirements.
• Develop product architectures for systems, hardware, and software to meet safety requirements.
• Produce and maintain artifacts related to planning, requirements, design, validation and verification.
• Lead certification artifacts such as DO-254, DO-178 and ARP 4754.
• Review designs and artifacts against upper-level requirements.
• Maintain configuration management of requirements using DOORS.
• Lead design activities in collaboration with engineering, test, and quality.
