Job summary

JT4, LLC is hiring a Tool Room Monitor responsible for controlling and managing all tools and equipment used in aircraft/aerospace maintenance in FOD-critical areas. Your duties include tracking inventory, establishing CTKs, maintaining Mobile Telemetry carts, and serving as the Vehicle Control Officer.

You will order parts, assist with facility maintenance, and coordinate with engineers, technicians, and project leads to provide essential support while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with AFI 21-101 and Air Force Tool Room procedures.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Track, maintain, and inventory all tools and equipment
• Establish and maintain Consolidated Tool Kits (CTK) and Locally Manufactured Tools
• Maintain Mobile Telemetry carts and coordinate inspections
• Serve as the Vehicle Control Officer (VCO) for the local fleet and coordinate maintenance
• Order parts and equipment to maintain tool inventory; assist with overflow orders
• Coordinate with Facilities as the building maintenance POC
• Coordinate with Engineers, Technicians, and Project Leads to provide support
• Perform other job-related duties as required
