Job summary

Yulista is seeking a T-38 Tool Room Attendant to manage tools, equipment, and assets in the tool room. You will enforce FOD and tool control programs and ensure accurate inventory using the asset control database.

The role requires maintaining tool readiness, coordinating with production personnel, and supporting audits. A DoD Secret clearance is required, with strong organizational and communication skills for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tool room control and issue/receive tools, HazMat, and supplies to production personnel.
• Enforce FOD and Tool Control program across the facility.
• Account for tooling and equipment using the tool and equipment asset control database.
• Monitor the consumable asset program to support operations.
• Inspect equipment regularly for serviceability and maintainability.
• Execute a preventive maintenance program to extend equipment life and promote safe operation.
• Identify shortfalls and manage the tool serviceability program.
• Follow company operating procedures and quality management system requirements.
• Prepare facility and equipment for semi-annual third-party audits.
• Ensure safe operations throughout the facility.
• Perform other duties as required by the Hangar Operations Manager.
