Job summary

Strive Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Tooling Technician to support aircraft production by auditing, maintaining, and troubleshooting tooling to keep it safe, compliant, and reliable on the shop floor.

You will work hands-on in a on-site environment with engineers and assemblers to ensure tooling is production-ready, perform tooling studies, and contribute to continuous improvement for manufacturing reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing tooling and assembly tooling.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve shop-floor tooling issues.
• Familiar with aerospace safety and compliance standards.
• Collaborates with engineers and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit and maintain assembly tooling and support equipment.
• Assist with tooling studies and provide basic design support as needed.
• Test, analyze, and evaluate tool performance.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve tooling issues on the shop floor.
• Ensure tooling meets aerospace requirements, safety expectations, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance manufacturing reliability.
