Job summary

Strive Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Tooling Technician to support aircraft production by auditing, maintaining, and troubleshooting tooling to keep it safe, compliant, and reliable on the shop floor.

You will work hands-on in a on-site environment with engineers and assemblers to ensure tooling is production-ready, perform tooling studies, and contribute to continuous improvement for manufacturing reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing tooling and assembly tooling.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve shop-floor tooling issues.
