Job summary

Tool Die Maker is seeking a detail‑oriented Tooling Specialist to support manufacturing by maintaining and optimizing tooling used in production. You will manage tooling inventory, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with setup and changes to meet quality and delivery goals.

Candidates should have 2+ years in tooling or aerospace environments, with proven ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in tooling, machining, manufacturing, or aerospace environments.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, repair, and organize production tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Issue, track, and manage tooling inventory to support manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate tooling calibration, maintenance schedules, and replacement needs.
• Support production teams with tooling setup, troubleshooting, and changeovers.
• Maintain accurate tooling records and documentation.
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve tooling performance.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
