Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Tooling Specialist III, Machine Build for 1st shift at the Fullerton, CA facility. You will build and assemble tooling and machinery, produce parts from prints, and support automation projects using CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and precision measuring tools.

On-site work with potential travel to sister sites. You will collaborate with engineers to optimize tooling, ensure tight tolerances, and uphold 5S and safety standards in a fast-paced aerospace

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and convert to CNC data
• Strong math skills for feeds and speeds
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Produce machine parts and tooling per prints
• Assemble, align, and install machine guarding and systems
• Support design team with parts/process improvements
• Travel to sister sites as needed
• Maintain 5S and safe work practices
