Job summary

You will read prints, verify tolerances and adjust processes to ensure first article conformity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years related experience in repair/maintenance of progressive dies.
• Knowledge of tool room equipment including mills, lathes and grinders.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, prints and instructions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and installs multi-station progressive dies for punch presses.
• Reads prints and uses gauges to verify part conformance.
• Performs SPC charting and checks die clearances and tool lengths.
• Trains Die Setters and Operators as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean work area and follows safety procedures.
