You will read prints, adjust dies, test clearances, and ensure first article conformance, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications include 4+ years in progressive dies repair or equivalent, ability to read drawings, use micrometers and calipers, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years related experience in repair and maintenance of progressive dies.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, catalogs, and other instructions.
• Capable of reading product prints and using precision measuring instruments.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Set up multi-station progressive dies for all punch presses.
• Read prints and rework or convert dies to produce new parts.
• Test die clearance and verify parts meet specifications.
• Perform SPC charting as required.
• Polish dies, anvils, punches to produce high-quality parts.
• Train Dye Setters and Operators as necessary.
