Airbus Aerosystems Kinston, Inc. is seeking a Tooling Maintenance Technician to join the Tooling Department in Kinston, NC. You will dismantle, move, assemble, install, and repair industrial machinery, while performing routine maintenance and solving equipment problems.

The role requires using hand and power tools, operating conveyors and tram rails, and collaborating with engineering and management to resolve issues. A shift-flexible, on-site position with strong safety focus is offered.

Qualifications

• Dismantles, moves, assembles, installs, and repairs industrial machinery and equipment per plans.
• Uses hand/power tools and basic diagnostics to maintain equipment.
• Requires ability to perform routine machine maintenance and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Dismantles, moves, assembles, installs, and repairs industrial machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions.
• Dismantles equipment and machines using hammers, wrenches, crowbars, and other hand tools.
• Moves machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
• Assembles and installs equipment such as conveyors and tram rails using hand and power tools.
