Responsibilities

• Provides disposition for discrepant tooling
• Supervises critical production builds involving technical tooling processes
• Maintains communication between A-shift and B-shift to support continuous movement of production tasks
• Supports metrology, tooling transport and tooling maintenance to facilitate program execution
• Contributes to tool design with 3D modeling and 2D drafting
• Manages tooling projects from concept to implementation for aerospace tooling
• Works with vendors to ensure fabrication of tooling
• Watches/addresses tooling inspection at supplier locations and proofs tooling upon receipt
