Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in mechanical design, manufacturing engineering, or tooling design.
• Experience with CAD software, stress analysis, and tolerance analysis.
• Familiarity with aerospace, engine assembly, or heavy mechanical environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical designs, 3D models, drawings, and specs for tooling, fixtures, and support equipment.
• Evaluate equipment performance, usability, ergonomics, and safety; support validation and testing.
• Prepare and maintain drawings, specifications, instructions, and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve technical issues and communicate project requirements.
