Job summary

Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc. is hiring a Tool/Fixture Maker to build, repair, and calibrate dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. You will operate toolroom machines, lay out parts, and perform precise adjustments in a demanding aerospace-oriented shop.

The role requires reading blueprints, math skills, and the ability to work independently or with others. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a comprehensive benefits package and a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Trade school or apprenticeship in Tool Making or CNC Machining preferred.
• Proficient in operating toolroom machines (mills, lathes, grinders, saws).
• Good math skills including geometry and trigonometry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to create fixtures and gauges.
• Operate and adjust toolroom machines to manufacture fixtures per specs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of labor in ERP system.
• Perform tasks safely under AS9100 and NADCAP standards.
