The candidate should have 4+ years in precision machining and 2+ years in tooling/fixtures, with CAD/CAM exposure preferred. Shift is 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday; benefits include comprehensive medical and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in precision machining.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in production tooling and fixtures.
• Cross-functional skills with conventional machine tools.
• CNC tools experience desirable.
• Strong inspection and measurement skills with applicable tools.
• A working knowledge of tool geometry and wear offsets.
• Exposure to CAD/CAM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to quality and safety standards at all times.
• Safely operate machining equipment and tools.
• Set up and run jobs with minimal assistance.
• Inspect parts using precision inspection tools.
• Assist in tooling and fixture design for production.
• Log real-time setup and run data in the job system.
• Assist in training lower-level employees.
• Maintain 5S and a clean work area.
