Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Albany, OR, is seeking a Knockout Operator for aerospace titanium production. You will safely remove shells, gates, and risers from parts to produce rough castings in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves operating water/sand blasters, assisting with cutting tools, performing safety inspections, and helping ensure compliance with hazardous waste procedures. Weekend day or swing shift options include differential pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, but experience may substitute.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
• Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
• Solid job history and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Remove shells from basic/non-complex parts using water/sand blasters and hand tools.
• Assist Senior Operators in shell removal and in using caustic tank.
• Assist in using cutting torch and band saw for non-complex parts.
• Perform inspections to ensure safe machinery operation.
• May be required to manage hazardous wastes.
• Other duties as assigned.
