Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Albany, Oregon, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Weekend Day Shift to lead a production team in aerospace titanium casting operations. You will drive safety, quality, throughput, and cost while coaching staff and fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include daily leadership, performance reviews, hiring support, and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with pull production methodologies.
• Experience coaching employees and managing performance.
• Ability to develop team members and encourage independent problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Four-year degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to production employees.
• Build a positive, accountable work environment with teamwork and engagement.
• Coach employees, give feedback, conduct performance reviews, support training.
• Assist with hiring, wage adjustments, and performance management.
• Empower team members to identify problems and own their work.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives and maintain customer specs.
• Coordinate daily production to meet throughput and on-time delivery.
• Drive improvement projects with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and others.
