Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in thermal spray or related manufacturing environment.
• Experience with coating systems like GTV or Sulzer Metco preferred.
• Experience with HVOF/Plasma spray or similar processes preferred.
• Experience operating or programming industrial robots (FANUC/ABB/KUKA) is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specs.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Basic computer skills; SAP or ERP experience preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic thermal spray equipment to apply coatings on aerospace components.
• Prepare components for coating: blasting, masking, cleaning, fixture installation.
• Program, operate, monitor automated coating systems and robotic cells.
• Inspect coating thickness and coverage per specifications.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings; document production and quality data.
• Perform routine maintenance on spray equipment and tooling.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to meet requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment following procedures.
