Job summary

AAA USA Inc in Jupiter, FL is seeking experienced Thermal Spray Technicians to support advanced aerospace manufacturing and gas turbine component repair programs. You will operate robotic thermal spray equipment, prepare components for coating, and verify quality using precision instruments.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in thermal spray or related manufacturing.
Experience operating thermal spray equipment such as GTV or Sulzer Metco.
Experience with HVOF, Plasma Spray, APS, or TBC coatings preferred.
Experience operating or programming industrial robots (FANUC/ABB/KUKA) is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications.
Basic computer skills; SAP or ERP experience preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Operate robotic thermal spray equipment to apply coatings to aerospace gas turbine components.
Prepare components for coating through blasting, masking, cleaning, and fixture installation.
Program, operate, and monitor automated coating systems and robotic cells.
Inspect coating thickness and coverage using precision measuring equipment.
Read blueprints and coating specifications and document production activities.
Perform routine maintenance on thermal spray equipment and related systems.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to meet requirements.
