Job summary

Triumph Systems, Electronics and Controls, based in West Hartford, CT, designs and supplies aerospace electronic engine controls, fuel metering units and environmental systems for OE and aftermarkets. Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering; Master’s degree a plus.
• 2+ years of mechanical and thermal design and analysis, system and feedback controls performance, fluid dynamics, test engineering.
• CAD knowledge and documentation of test systems.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel approximately 5–10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop test equipment based on customer requirements and support the thermal systems group.
• Analyze test results to verify design meets performance requirements.
• Perform system integration, design assurance testing and qualification testing.
• Collaborate with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and present results to executives.
• Provide feedback on potential cost or schedule impacts.
• Support program risks and contribute to team problem solving.
