Signia Aerospace seeks a hands-on Engineer to join our testing team in Alabama. You will define and perform product and component tests, develop procedures, analyze data, and support engineering decisions while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

With 2–4 years in testing or engineering and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, you will mentor junior staff and contribute to continuous improvement within a culture that values integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of testing or engineering experience.
• Solid working knowledge of testing standards, instrumentation, and data analysis tools.
• Works under general supervision and may mentor junior staff.
