Job summary

Blue Origin's Honeybee Robotics team in Colorado develops high‑performance motion control hardware for NASA, defense, and commercial programs. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or closely related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience developing EGSE/ATE and/or test software for hardware testing (preferred aerospace or electromechanical systems).
  • Ability to read and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and interface control documents.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and validate Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) to interface with mechanisms under test.
  • Develop test software and automated test sequences (Python, LabVIEW) to command EGSE and collect data.
  • Set up and operate test fixtures, ground support equipment, and data acquisition systems.
  • Collaborate with design, systems, and quality engineers to derive and verify test requirements.
  • Support test readiness reviews, anomaly investigations, and failure reviews.
