Job summary

Butler Tech in Roselawn, OH is seeking a manufacturing technician to process aerospace parts and perform NDT inspections. The role involves dipping, cleaning, surface prep, material handling, and machine operation in a fast-paced environment.

You will mix and monitor chemical solutions, document parameters and results, and collaborate with engineers and production staff to maintain efficient workflow. Night shifts include a differential.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience required.
• Aerospace production or repair background preferred.
• NDT methods experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow precise instructions and documentation standards.
• Ability to safely handle chemicals and to use PPE correctly.

Responsibilities

• Process aerospace parts, including dipping, cleaning, and surface preparation.
• Conduct NDT inspections to evaluate part integrity and ensure specifications.
• Handle material movement and machine operation to support production flow.
• Mix, monitor, and maintain chemical solutions, ensuring correct ratios, pH levels, and temperature controls.
• Accurately document processing parameters, inspection results, and part traceability per quality standards.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and production staff to resolve issues and improve processes.
