Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Technician to join our Plymouth, MN, on-site weekend night shift team. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot advanced aerospace components, following detailed procedures and blueprints, while upholding strict quality standards.

You will report to the Senior Production Supervisor and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to drive process improvements and maintain production schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven aerospace manufacturing experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards for aerospace components.
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced assembly and testing of aerospace components following procedures and blueprints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes and test results.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workspace.
