• Ability to follow technical procedures and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with technical documentation, process sheets, and inspection protocols is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Chemical Processing: Clean and surface-treat aerospace parts by dipping in chemical baths.
• Machine Operation: Run machinery for part finishing and surface prep.
• Material Handling: Move components through production using manual and powered equipment.
• Quality Inspection: Ensure processes meet aerospace standards and document compliance.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve process issues with minimal supervision.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers and supervisors to improve workflow and timing.
