Job summary

Butler Tech in Roselawn, OH is seeking a manufacturing technician to process aerospace parts and perform NDT inspections. The role involves dipping, cleaning, surface prep, material handling, and machine operation in a fast-paced environment.

You will mix and monitor chemical solutions, document parameters and results, and collaborate with engineers and production staff to maintain efficient workflow. Night shifts include a differential.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience required.
• Aerospace production or repair background preferred.
• NDT methods experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow precise instructions and documentation standards.
• Ability to safely handle chemicals and to use PPE correctly.

Pay: $24-26/HR
Days - 7:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. - Nights - 7:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M. ($2 shift differential for nights)

Responsibilities

• Processing aerospace parts, including dipping, cleaning, and surface preparation.
• Conduct NDT inspections to evaluate part integrity and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Mix, monitor, and maintain chemical solutions, ensuring correct ratios, pH levels, and temperature controls.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Previous experience in an aerospace production or repair environment is preferred.
• Previous experience with NDT Methods is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and documentation standards.
• Ability to safely handle chemicals, follow environmental controls, and use PPE correctly.
