Job summary

Terran Orbital Corporation is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop, deliver, and coordinate training programs across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and support functions. This role ensures staff are competent, qualified, and compliant with work instructions and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will work with subject matter experts and will manage curriculum from development through assessments, maintaining certification records and aligning training with internal

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering formal training in EH&S, Quality, and manufacturing topics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Broad technical knowledge of aerospace and electronics work practices to deliver credible training.
• General understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment; take initiative.
• Experience using a knowledge/learning management system.
• Ability to become a certified IPC-610/620 and J STD 001 in-house trainer.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Delivers, develops, and coordinates curriculum; conducts technical training sessions and evaluates training effectiveness.
• Incorporates instructional methods to address learning needs and develops training materials.
• Analyzes requirements and operating problems to propose learning solutions meeting safety and performance standards.
• Develops hands-on practicum and examinations; revises lesson plans for updated requirements.
• Collaborates with internal SMEs to develop relevant training content.
• Maintains certification records for trained personnel.
