York Space Systems in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to design, deploy, and evaluate training programs for aerospace technicians involved in manufacturing, assembly, and testing. You will translate complex procedures into accessible learning materials and collaborate with SMEs to close skill gaps, driving consistent performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing, assembly, or maintenance operations.
• Ability to translate concepts into training products and materials.
• Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on technical training for new hires and existing technicians.
• Develop and deliver training on harness assembly, tooling, QA procedures, and related processes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and performance results.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with processes.
• Create face-to-face or virtual instructor-led sessions and develop multimedia training materials.
• Stay current with aerospace manufacturing standards and emerging technologies.
