Job summary

Kearfott Corporation seeks a Technical Trainer II to design, deliver, and continually improve training programs that support production operations, safety, and quality standards.

The role requires independent delivery of complex technical topics, audits support, and collaboration with cross-functional SMEs. A US citizen with 4 years of applicable experience and IPC trainer credentials is preferred, with a 9/80 schedule and strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• AS/BS or equivalent degree in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, Training, or related field preferred.
• 4 years of relevant manufacturing and technical training experience.
• Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) in IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC/WHMA-A-620; Master IPC Trainer (MIT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver instructor-led and hands-on technical training for production, safety, and quality requirements including IPC certifications.
• Train employees on internal processes and industry standards across a broad range of topics.
• Evaluate trainee comprehension and performance via exams, observations, and OJT; manage exams and records.
• Maintain training documentation, records, and certification criteria; update materials with工 change.
• Coordinate training logistics including scheduling and resource planning with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with SMEs to revise content reflecting process changes and audit findings.
