Job summary

Qarbon Aerospace is seeking a Training Specialist 2 to identify gaps and develop comprehensive training content for our employee population. The role involves coordinating guest trainers, creating manuals, and assessing program impact across productions and programs.

You will partner with Production Technology, Quality, and SMEs to deliver state-of-the-art curricula and drive continuous improvement in learning solutions, while ensuring onsite delivery and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, with the ability to influence others, facilitate processes, and coach leaders.
• Strategic thinker with strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
• Significant aerospace/manufacturing experience is required.
• 3+ years in aviation manufacturing or aviation/auto training environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a training system blending classroom, on-the-job, computer-based, and offsite learning for skills development, professional growth, and leadership development.
• Drive lifecycle improvements and best practices in training.
• Collaborate with organizations to align learning with short- and long-term business objectives to become World Class.
