Tiberius Aerospace is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of complex aerospace hardware programs, bridging engineering, test, manufacturing, and supply chain. You will translate mission requirements into actionable workstreams and drive risk-based decisions to deliver flight-ready hardware.

Qualifications

B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems or CS.
5+ years in technical program management or related roles.
Experience with complex hardware programs in aerospace/defense.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams through development and delivery.
Proficiency in managing cost, schedule, risks, and dependencies.
Strong written and verbal communication for executives and customers.
U.S. citizenship and eligible for government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of aerospace hardware programs.
Build integrated program plans connecting scope, milestones, schedules, and resources.
Define technical execution paths and drive critical decisions.
Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines.
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
Translate requirements into actionable workstreams and deliverables.
Escalate issues with context and recommended decisions.
