Job summary

Tiberius Aerospace is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, supplier development, and inventory control across government and commercial programs.

You will ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services, partnering with Engineering, Contracts, and Finance to support program execution. This is a high-ownership role in a regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7–10+ years of progressive supply chain or operations experience.
• Experience supporting government contracts and aerospace/defense programs.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and compliant purchasing practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, supplier development, inventory control, and logistics across government and commercial programs.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and customer contract requirements.
• Develop supplier relationships and performance metrics for quality, cost, and delivery.
• Coordinate engineering changes, data packages, and configuration baselines for supplier release.
• Build and maintain inventory-control and material-management systems for rapid growth.
