Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Aerospace, Computer, or Software Engineering.
• 12+ years in aerospace, avionics, embedded systems, or safety-critical product development.
• 5+ years managing technical engineering programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Systems, Software, Hardware, FPGA, Verification & Validation.
• Strong understanding of aerospace development and certification standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end execution of aerospace and avionics programs.
• Serve as liaison between customers, leadership, and global engineering teams.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore engineering teams for program success.
• Conduct technical program reviews and customer status meetings.
• Support proposal development and strategic growth initiatives.
