Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of aerospace, avionics, embedded systems, or safety-critical product development experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering program management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end aerospace and avionics engineering programs.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Systems, Software, Hardware, FPGA, Verification, Integration, Certification, and Test teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, leadership, and engineering teams.
• Drive technical reviews, issue resolution, and compliance with aerospace standards.
