Job summary

You’ll collaborate with local teams, develop recruiting plans, leverage job boards, and coordinate events to fill roles efficiently while maintaining strong relationships and a commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• One+ year of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing.
• Experience with ATS software.
• Knowledge of job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process for branch orders.
• Assist with building candidate pipelines and candidate data in ATS.
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates to support retention.
• Understand client needs and provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate logistics for recruiting events and partner with local teams.
• Communicate effectively and adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
