Job summary

The Adecco Group in Keller, TX is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates for temporary and direct-hire roles across our client base. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, guide applicants through the interview process, and ensure accurate data in the ATS.

You will also manage client relationships, contribute to sales efforts, and help optimize recruiting processes. The ideal candidate has at least one year in staffing, solid communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting experience in staffing.
• ATS experience.
• Familiarity with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Manage ATS and candidate data; coordinate recruitment events.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Sell staffing services and support pricing discussions with the manager.
