Job summary

The Adecco Group is actively seeking a Recruiter to source candidates for temporary and direct hire roles, build candidate pipelines, and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will manage ATS workflows, coordinate recruitment events, and drive local recruiting plans to meet client needs while maintaining relationships with both clients and talent across the branch network.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• Familiarity with ATS and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and managing recruitment for temporary, temporary hire and direct hire roles.
• Attend to all candidates entering the branch and inform them about PDS, offers, and training.
• Manage the PDS website and digital tools to monitor the selection process.
• Develop local recruiting resources and coordinate events.
• Qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview preparation.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Retain clients and candidates, and address training needs for employability.
• Sell services and ensure service excellence.
