Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary and direct hire roles, building a robust pipeline and delivering exceptional client service. You will manage ATS workflows, support candidate preparation, and nurture relationships with clients to drive successful placements across our branch network.

You will engage in sourcing events, maintain candidate data, and stay informed about job boards and market trends to optimize our staffing solutions and expand

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience.
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and building a comprehensive talent pipeline.
• Manage ATS and digital tools to monitor selection processes and statuses.
• Develop local recruiting resources and coordinate events and outreach.
• Qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview prep; coach for roles.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS.
• Maintain relationships with clients and candidates; ensure excellent service.
• Identify training plans to improve employability for corporate clients.
