Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary and direct hire roles. You will manage the candidate pipeline, provide strong client service, and help grow business through effective sales and recruiting activities.

You will use ATS and job boards, build local relationships, and coordinate your recruiting events and processes to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• One plus years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing.
• Experience with ATS and candidate data management.
• Familiarity with major job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temporary hire and direct hire orders.
• Manage recruiting processes and candidate status in ATS.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates to ensure retention.
• Coordinate pricing, sales of services, and industry knowledge.
