Poseidon Aerospace is seeking its first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire to own the full recruiting function end to end. You will source and close engineers, pilots, and operators who define the fleet, and you’ll sit at the table with the Head of People to shape headcount as we scale.

This onsite role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires experience recruiting for highly specialized technical roles in aerospace or defense.

Competenze

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in aerospace/defense or deep-tech environments.
• Experience taking the TA function from 0→1.
• Experience recruiting for highly technical roles: propulsion, avionics, controls, flight test.
• Hands-on experience configuring an ATS and designing workflows.
• Strong sourcing across active and passive channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage senior technical candidates.
• Comfort operating independently in a fast-moving startup.

Mansioni

• Own the full recruiting process end to end from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers, build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates onsite.
• Develop sourcing strategies across networks and events; draft compelling job posts.
• Act as TA partner to Head of People and contribute to headcount planning.
