Job summary

Electric Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to lead our systems engineering team through requirements, integration, and certification-driven development for next-generation aerospace programs.

You will oversee FHA, PSSA, FTA, and FMECA analyses, drive cross-disciplinary system integration, and ensure schedules and budgets align with program goals while maintaining technical integrity. Relocation support is available for this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
5+ years of aerospace systems engineering experience.
1+ years of supervisory or people management experience.
Experience managing certification-driven development efforts.
Strong grounding in aerospace systems engineering standards and processes.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of systems engineers through requirements capture, traceability, validation, and verification.
Own systems safety analysis (FHA, PSSA, FTA, FMECA, and related methods).
Drive system-level integration across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces.
Keep programs on schedule and budget while safeguarding technical integrity.
Support certification engagement with regulators and customers.
Manage, coach, and grow a team of systems engineers.
