Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline relevant to aerospace.
• 5+ years aerospace systems engineering experience.
• 1+ years supervisory or people management experience.
• Experience managing certification-driven development efforts.
• Strong grounding in aerospace systems engineering standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of systems engineers through requirements capture, traceability, validation, and verification.
• Own systems safety analysis (FHA, PSSA, FTA, FMECA, and related methods).
• Drive system-level integration across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces.
• Keep programs on schedule and budget while safeguarding technical integrity.
• Support certification engagement with regulators and customers.
• Manage, coach, and grow a team of systems engineers.
