• Experience with requirements development, verification planning, and risk management
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder coordination

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements across the program lifecycle with traceability to ensure MDA compliance
• Develop and manage system-level verification plans, procedures, and matrices
• Plan and support system-level verification events (reviews, inspections, tests)
• Maintain technical risk assessments and mitigation plans
• Collaborate with propulsion, software, hardware, test, GNC, quality, and safety teams
• Develop MBSE artifacts using SysML (Cameo/MagicDraw) and manage design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR)
• Support scheduling and tracking of engineering deliverables
