Job summary

TA Aerospace Co. seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to secure and support a regulated aerospace IT environment.

You will design, implement, and manage enterprise IT systems with a focus on Microsoft 365 Government Cloud, enterprise security, and data protection for ITAR-controlled data. The role emphasizes security engineering, compliance with CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800-171, PKI, VPNs, and zero-trust networks, plus oversight of ERP and AI automation platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience securing Microsoft 365 Government Cloud environments and GCC/GCC High configurations.
• Strong knowledge of ITAR-controlled data handling and defense industry compliance.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and monitor secure, compliant IT infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure Microsoft 365 Government Cloud environments (GCC/GCC High).
• Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Oversee Active Directory (on-prem and hybrid) and identity lifecycle, GPOs, access controls.
• Design and maintain hybrid infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
• Administer and enhance SaaS like Infor ERP and utilize AI automation tools.
• Implement and maintain security controls per CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800-171.
• Manage PKI, Certificate Authorities, and certificate servers.
• Enforce data encryption for at-rest/in-transit and secure data transfer; support SOX ITGC.
• Lead vulnerability management, hardening, audit readiness, and network security.
