Job summary

The Structures Company in Kinston, NC is seeking skilled candidates for a contract Systems Assembly role. You will perform assembly on electronic and mechanical subassemblies, following blueprints and drawings, and use hand and power tools to build modules, panels, and cables. Qualifications

• 2-4 years in production assembly operations.
• 2 years minimum in aviation production or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints, changes, specifications, and work orders.
• Ability to use hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws.
• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies.
• Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts using tools.
• Performs quality inspections and data gathering to track progress.
• Sets up and performs manual and automated assembly operations.
• Handles rework, testing, and verification of assemblies.
