This temp-to-hire position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and FAA-aligned instructions. You will operate blasting equipment, load media, inspect parts, and maintain quality throughout the finishing process.

Qualifications

• Prior burnishing, sandblasting, abrasive blasting, or surface finishing experience preferred.
• Experience with blasting cabinets, mechanical equipment, or power tools helpful.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate burnishing cabinets, blasting booths, or walk‑in blasting equipment.
• Load blasting media into cabinets and equipment.
• Perform burnishing on parts to meet specifications.
• Conduct blasting and surface finishing on various components.
• Visually inspect parts before, during, and after blasting to ensure quality.
