Job summary

Safran Seats Gainesville, TX, is seeking a Program Supply Chain Specialist to coordinate day-to-day communications among the OSS FAL Manager, Air Framer procurement agents, and internal teams. You will ensure parts requirements, orders, and schedules align with FAL program timelines.

This role emphasizes collaboration, attention to delivery deadlines, and proactive communication with Boeing, Airbus, and Embraer.

Qualifications

Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience coordinating with Air Framer Procurement Agents or Program Managers is preferred.
Familiarity with Safran or equivalent Tier 1 program and aftermarket processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day communication between OSS FAL Manager and teams across the location and with air framers.
Coordinate parts requirements, order status, schedule alignment, and delivery expectations with vendors.
Track aftermarket and post-delivery parts against program schedules and escalate delays when needed.
Monitor outbound shipments, identify delays, and communicate expected arrival dates to OSS FAL and counterparts.
Ensure timely processing of Order Requests to meet Air Framer response time goals and escalate issues.
